The Firm provides litigation and non-litigation services in matters involving workers' compensation, subrogation and insurance law.. Our workers' compensation litigation is practiced at both state and appellate levels.

Clients are informed of the progress of their case on a regular and continuous basis. It is our goal to maintain a close working relationship with our clients in order that we might better serve them. Clients are encouraged to contact the Firm should they have questions regarding any phase of the legal proceedings.

All persons associated with the Firm are required to be computer literate. The Firm is equipped with the most current computer and legal technology. Many of our legal programs have been developed by our own office to specifically save time and expense to our defense files. In addition to traditional communication venues between offices, E-mail and scanning services are available to facilitate file progression.
